Scarlet Death is the stage name of Alice Eidson, formerly of SNMT (2001–2017). Under this moniker, she releases primarily harsh noise and death industrial works, with more recent releases alleging to be qualia experiments conducted through immersive surround-sound mixing and production.
Her broader work extends into hyperfiction, games, software, and speculative worldbuilding, often tying individual releases into a larger ongoing science-fiction setting. These projects mix music, narrative, and interactive media into something occasionally resembling a harsh noise space opera.
